Attaching a data form to a space can be all you want to do. But sometimes it might me necessary to see the collected data directly on pages or show the form to remind the user to fill it out. This is when the Space Forms Macros View Macro come into play.

  1. With at least one data form attached to the space click on the Edit button of a page. (You can find more information on How to add a data form to a Confluence space here.)

  2. Now in edit mode click on the plus button and type Space Forms View Macro

  3. Click on the Space Forms View Macro

  4. Click edit on the added macro

  5. Chose the data form from the drop down list and publish the page

  6. The data form will be displayed on the page.
