Checklists do not always have to be created as pages. In particular, if the checklists should not appear in the Confluence search, they can also be created as a data form. On this page we will show you how to use data forms to create checklists for upgrading Confluence. |

Add Upgrade Checklist page
Click on the Create button to create a new page
Add the “Data Forms Table Macro” macro to the left section
Click edit on the added “Data Forms Table Macro” macro
Select “Zero downtime Upgrade Checklist Confluence” within “Data Form Template”
Click Publish to publish the page
Use the checklist
Add some Upgrade Checklists by clicking the Create button within the rendered “Data Forms Table Macro”
Click Edit on one of the Checklists and use it to remind you of the important steps during the upgrade.
