How to remove a data form from a Confluence page
To remove a form from a Confluence page go to the Data Forms Control panel by clicking on the 1 data form button. (The number might vary depending on the number of data forms attached to the page.)
Click on the more button next to the name of the form you want to delete and select Delete
Click on Confirm delete to confirm. The form is now gone.
