How to remove a data form from a Jira issue

  1. To remove a data form from a Jira issue go to the Data Forms Control panel by clicking on the Control button.

  2. Click on the more button next to the name of the form you want to delete and select Delete

  3. Click on Confirm delete to confirm. The form is now gone.
