How to add a data form to a Jira project

In order to add a data form to a Jira project a template must first be created. Data Forms comes with predefined form templates to chose from. To add your own templates please ask your Jira administrator for help or check out our documentation on https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DFJ/pages/2078244885 and https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DFJ/pages/2078244892 here.

• On a Jira issue click on the Data Forms button.

• The Data Forms project page will open. The page shows you a list with the forms that are already attached to this project (if any). To add a data form to the space click on the Create data form button and select the to use template. You need the project admin permission to create a data form.

• Based on the template a data form is created. You can enter values into the input fields if you want to and click on Save to save the data form.

• Your newly added data form is now in the list.
