Use Case

The function described here allows you to display surveys and questionnaires when creating requests.

How to configure

  1. First you need to create one or more surveys/questionnaires as templates. For this, see:

  2. Select the Portal Settings tab within Project settings => Data Forms Project

  3. Now you can specify for which Request type your templates should be displayed.

     

  4. You can also specify whether all sections should be displayed on one page or on subpages
