How to change a Customers Metadata.

Instructions

How to change Customers Metadata in the hover menu.

  1. Configure Customer Screen as defined or ask your administrator to configure the Customer Screen.

  2. Within your SD Project open Customers.


  3. To see a Customers Metadata mouse over his/her name.


  4. You can now edit the Metadata by clicking on it.


  5. Save the new Metadata by clicking on the ✔️ check mark or anywhere on the hover menu (except the x for cancel).


(visible to the customer) below the name of the Metadata indicates that the customer will be able to see this Metadata in his/her profile.

How to change even more Metadata (as an Jira Administrator).

  1. To see and change even more Metadata click on the Customers name.


  2. Now you can see all the Metadata of this Customer.


  3. To change Metadata simply click on it, change it and save by clicking on the ✔️ check mark or anywhere on the page (except the x for cancel).
