How-to Customer can change own Metadata


  1. Login as a customer in Jira Service Desk.

  2. Open your profile by clicking on the profile picture/icon on the top right corner of the screen. Click on Profile.

  3. Change e.g. phone number by clicking on the field you want to change. To save the changes click on the ✔️ check mark or anywhere on the page (except the x for cancel).
