How to change ongoing SLAs for an item manually

As a Board Owner, you can interact with the ongoing SLAs.
Start and change the state of an SLA
In case there is no integration defined for the board that starts one or more SLAs, you can start an SLA yourself.
To do so, press the Attach SLA button
Next, select the SLA and SLA - Goal and click Attach
The SLA is then started and you can change the status using More Actions
Change SLA
To use this functionality, you need an SLA Plus license.
To do so, press the Change SLA button
Next, select the SLA and SLA - Goal and click Update
