Changing the content of the monday docs in this column might lead to corrupt data. Deleting the monday docs or the whole column will delete all of your Time in Status data.
To get an overview of the time an item spent in a certain status, add and open the Time in Status item view. Here you can see how long the item spent in the different stati.

Clicking on the show log button will show you the exact time and date the status was changed.
And if you use the Time in Status automation with a calendar you will see a little calendar button next to the show log button. Clicking it will show you the working hours of the following seven days.

The Time in Status automation is not limited to only one status column. You can add one automation for each of your status columns. If you add more than one Time in Status column to your board, the Time in Status item view will show the data for all of the columns at once.
