Instructions
- Login as as a customer in Jira Service Desk.
- Open your profile by clicking on the profile picture/icon on the top right corner of the screen. Click on 'Profile'.
- Change e.g. phone number by clicking on the field you want to change. To save the changes click on the
✔️check mark or anywhere on the page.
