This page belongs to the Item Score functionality of Score (see also What's the difference between Item Score and Board Score)
Open your Board
Click on “Start conversation” and select the “Score”/”Item Score” Tab
Click on “Settings”, select “Change Template” and click “Go to App Settings”
Select “RICE (item-score-rice)“ within the “Get started“ Tab
Select the “Templates” Tab and verify that are “Default” and “Item Score RICE” templates are available.
Close the Settings
You can now change the template
