You can try the following, if something that is pictured and described here is not visible on your screen:

  1. Make sure that our app is installed

  2. Perform the configurations described here: Score first-time-use instructions

  1. Open your Board

  2. Click on “Start conversation” and select the “Score” Tab

  3. Click on “Settings”, select “Change Template” and click “Go to App Settings”

  4. Select “RICE (item-score-rice)“ within the “Get started“ Tab

  5. Select the “Templates” Tab and verify that are “Default” and “Item Score RICE” templates are available.
    Close the Settings

  6. You can now change the template
