This page belongs to the Board Score functionality of Score (see also What's the difference between Item Score and Board Score)

Activate the Board Score View

  1. Open your Board and ensure that there is a Numbers column labeled Score. Additional numbers and vote columns can also be present.

  2. Click on “Open item page”

  4. Search for “Board Score” and click on “Add to item”

  5. Open “Settings” and select the “Score” Column

  6. Click on “Show configuration”

  7. Add a “Calculation Algorithm” and Click “Save”

Activate one of the Automation templates

There are three templates so that the score can be calculated according to your requirements. The following shows how you can activate one of these templates for your board.

  1. Open the Automation center and search for “Board Score

  2. As you can see above, there is a button column on the example board. For this reason, I choose the Template “When button clicked use the Boards Score Algorithm to calculate Score and save it into Score Column”. I then selected the placeholders accordingly. Click “Create automation” and close the Automation center.

  3. Whenever the automation is executed, the score is recalculated according to the stored algorithm.
