The view settings are now open and give you a couple of options to customize the board view.
Change the duration format
Per default all durations in the Time In Status Board view will be displayed in minutes. To change that go to the view settings and select one of the options from the duration format dropdown.
The options are:
Minutes (mm) → 630 minutes
Hours (hh:mm) → 6:30

The column shows the date the items status was changed for the last time. This option is not checked per default.
Show Bar Chart
Checking or unchecking show bar chart will add or remove a column to/from the table.
The column shows a stacked bar chart for each item giving an overview over the duration an item spent in one status compared to another status. (More on “the ratio column” below.)
Show individual groups
If show individual groups is checked, the Time In Status data will be divided by groups. These are the same groups you see in the Main Table. Unchecking show individual groups will show you all items of the board in one table.
More on the individual group view below.
The ratio column
The ratio column is a graphic representation of the time an item spent in the different statuses.
The width of the column represents 100% of the time the item spent in all statuses combined. This means that the width of the column represents 5 minutes for one item and 5 hours for another. But 100% of the items total duration.
The colored bars are the statuses the item spent in the corresponding status. E.g. in progress or stuck.
Hovering over one of the colors will show some more information.
As an example: The selected item was stuck for 4.67 hours. This is 71% of the total duration.
Individual groups view
If the Show individual groups checkbox in the view settings is checked you will see one table and two donuts for each group in your view.
The groups correspond with the ones in the Main Table. If you want to change the order of the groups, simply change the order of the groups in the Main Table.
By clicking on the Chevron Icon next to the groups name you can collapse and expand the groups.
To export the data from one of the groups click on the Export to CVS button below the groups table.
Exporting the table
You can export the Time In Status Board View table by clicking on the Export as CVS button below the table.
Note that only columns that are currently visible will be exported. So if you hide the ratio or the last changed column they will not be exported.
If the ratio column is selected it will be exported as text not the bar charts. The content of the exported column would look something like this: Working on it: 24% - Done: 3% - Stuck: 71%
If you are in the individual groups view you can export the table for each group by clicking the Export button below the table.
