How to create Databases as a Space Administrator

Starting with version 3.1 this functionality is only available in Data Forms for Confluence Data Center

You can create databases in a space based on templates. Depending on the configuration, these can be global or space templates (see:
Data Forms templates for spaces- How to create, customise and delete Data Form templates

  1. Open “Databases” in the right-hand Space menu

  2. Click on “New Database”

  3. Select one of the available templates

  4. Now you and everyone with the Create page authorization can create new entries
