Project Overview - Sample Configuration

Import the following templates (https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DFC/pages/2368667649):

Ensure you have created the following Fields ( )

  • In Time (Select Field)

  • Risk (Select Field)

  • Risk analysis (Markdown Field)

Add a Lifetime Analysis and Software Project Overview to your Project

  1. Open a project for which you have admin permission

  2. Click on the Data Forms button in the left menu

  3. Click on the Create data form button, select the Software Project Overview element

    1. Fill in the form

    2. press save

  4. Click on the Create data form button, select the Lifetime Analysis element

    1. Fill in the form

    2. press save

After that you have created a Liftetime Analysis and Software Project Overview data form, which are displayed in the table.

 

Open the Data Forms Project Overview

  1. Click on the Apps menu in the page header (should be next to the Create Button) and click the Data Forms Project Overview entry

  2. Choose the template Lifetime Analysis using the template selector

  3. Use the fields selector to add the following fields

    1. In Time

    2. Risk

    3. Risk analysis

As you can see, all information about the lifteime of several projects are shown on one page.
