How to create a new filter

This Howto is applicable for the https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JM/pages/909148161, but also for the https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JM/pages/1574862849

  1. A new filter can be created by clicking on the Create new filter button on the Metadata Project (or People) Overview starting page or on top of the sidebar on the left.

     

  2. Clicking on Create new filter will open a modal. Here you must give your filter a name and can pick metadata items to add to your overview.

    To create your new filter click on Save.

  3. Your new filter will be added to the sidebar on the left.

The names of your filters must be unique. In case you pick a name that is already taken the modal will stay open and you will be prompted to chose another name.
