How to assign a Score template to a board

There is a default template for Score which is used when you create a score.

Here we describe how you can define a specific template for a board.

This page belongs to the Item Score functionality of Score (see also https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCORE/pages/3415605291)

Preconditions

In the following, we assume that you have configured the default and the "Item Score RICE" template. (see also: https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCORE/pages/2682617859 ).

When you open the score view for an item, the following form is displayed (see also: https://aevolu.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SCORE/pages/2674622465 )

Setup

  1. Open the Automation Center

  2. Click on Integrations and search for Score and select the Template “When an item is created create an empty Score based on Template”

  3. Select the “Item Score RICE” template and click “Add to board”

  4. Close the Automation center

  5. Create a new Item

  6. When you now open the Score View, you will see that the "Item Score RICE" template has been used for the newly created item.
