How to share a data form with a customer as an agent

May 25, 2023 The functionality described here will be released in a few weeks for Jira Cloud
If a customer has filled in a data form (survey / questionnaire) when creating a request, it will be displayed within the request.
You can also share other data forms with the customer.
Open the issue within Jira
Select the more menu for the data form you want to share and then click "Show in customer portal"
As you can see, the state changes to portal
And it is shown to the customer within the portal
