Starting with version 3.1 this functionality is only available in Data Forms for Confluence Data Center.
We assume that you have the Create Page permission for the current space and that a database has been created by a space admin (see: How to create Databases as a Space Administrator )
Create and edit database entries
Open Databases in the right-hand Space menu and select one of the listed Databases
Click on “New database entry”
Fill out the form and click Create
The new entry is then listed in the table
You can edit individual values straight in the table
You can perform further actions using the context menu.
Search for database entries
Select the entry “Database Entry” under Type within the search
Enter the title of the database entry in the search field, for example
When you press the link . The database for the database entry you found will open
