How to edit a data form

To edit a form go to the Data Forms Control panel by clicking on the 1 data form button. (The number on the button might vary depending on the number of forms attached to the page.)
Click on the Edit button next to the name of the form you want to edit.
Edit the form as you see fit and click on Save to save the changes.
