Database entry macro - How to show one Database entry

Starting with version 3.1 this functionality is only available in Data Forms for Confluence Data Center

We assume that you have created at least one database with at least one entry (see: How to use Data Forms Databases )

  1. Click on the Edit button of a page or create a new page. In edit mode click on the plus button to add a macro and chose Other macros.

  2. A modal will open. Select the search field and type in Database. This will show you the Data Forms Database macros.

  3. Click on the Database entry macro

  4. Select one of the listed Databases and one of the listed Database entries. You can select one of the following view modes

    1. all data - shows the entry with all of its fields

    2. as table -Displays the database table showing only the specified entry

    3. first section - shows the first section of the entry

    4. first field - show the first field of the entry

  5. Click Save and Save the page. The database entry is then directly embedded in the page
