Database macro - How to display all entries of a database

Starting with version 3.1 this functionality is only available in Data Forms for Confluence Data Center

We assume that you have created at least one database with at least one entry (see: How to use Data Forms Databases )

  1. Click on the Edit button of a page or create a new page. In edit mode click on the plus button to add a macro and chose Other macros.

  2. A modal will open. Select the search field and type in Database. This will show you the Data Forms Database macros.

  3. Click on the Database macro

     

  4. Select one of the listed Databases and click Save and Save the page

  5. The database and its entries are now shown right on the page.

  6. The values can also be edited straight away.
